The petitioner seeks bail in Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 222 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol loaded with live cartridge and motorcycle has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is further alleged that the alleged mobile from which ransom was demanded has also been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no arms and ammunition has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and the seized motorcycle is not stolen and the same belongs to this petitioner.
