JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 4/ 15-11-2017 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that, inadvertently, in the prayer portion of the application, name of the Court below has been mentioned as „Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd, Madhubani‟, whereas, it should have been "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani" and the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 08.11.2017 by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition, which is allowed.

Let necessary correction be made in the prayer portion in course of the day.

Accordingly, in the 4th paragraph of the order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51530 of 2017 (4) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 08.11.2017, in the place of „Additional Sessions Judge 2nd, Madhubani', it should be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani".

Order dated 08.11.2017 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.

Let this order be communicated the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.349 of 2014.
