1. This Court passed a detailed oral order on 30.07.2025, which reads as follows:-

1. No representation for the petitioner.

2. On perusal of the writ petition, it is evident that the matter pertains to an order passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna, dated 05.07.2018, in S.A.

No. 24 of 2018. The petitioner has an effective alternative remedy to approach the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. Instead of availing the said remedy, the

3. However, for giving a fair opportunity to the Learned counsel for the petitioner to advance his arguments, list on 31.07.2025 as a last indulgence.

2. In spite of the said order, today also there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution.
