The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by Order Dated 10.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 59591 of 2021. Learned counsel next submits that charges against the petitioner was framed on 25.05.2022 but there is no progress in the trial. The Court for the present is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail however, in the event, if the trial is not concluded within one year from the date of receipt production of
