JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 22-12-2016 Perused the impugned order dated 24.08.2016 passed by learned Munsif, Bhagalpur in Title Suit No.50 of 1998 whereby the learned court below rejected the application filed by the petitioners for recalling the plaintiffs' witnesses for their crossexamination. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the court below has considered the conduct of the petitioners and found that at the fag end of argument of the parties this application has been filed. Therefore, the order does not suffer from jurisdictional error.

Thus, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
