JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 02-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

A raid was conducted over getting a confidential information regarding assemblage of anti-social elements with firearm for commission of an offence and during course thereof, five persons were apprehended. On search, so far these two petitioners are concerned, two cartridges of 12 bore respectively, have been recovered and seized. As per Para-3, petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and are under custody since 16.10.2016.

That being so, petitioners, Faudari Mandal and Ram Chandra Mandal are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two
