JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that his name surfaced in course of investigation. The petitioner made his confessional statement but except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, injured appears to have received simple injury.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Barari P.S.Case No. 104 of 2015.
