The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354, 307 and 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation of commission of injury at the head of the injured is against the male accused persons. The petitioners are female and allegation is that they have committed theft during the occurrence of assault. Both sides are family members. Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that the petitioners are female, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
