The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore CWJC No. 1207 of 2014 so far respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6 are concerned which stood dismissed due to non -compliance of peremptory order dated 20.2.2014 against respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let CWJC No. 1207 of 2014 be restored as against the respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6.

It is clarified that if the order dated 20.2.2014 passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.4828 of 2014 (3) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 CWJC No. 1207 of 2014 is not complied within three weeks the writ petition shall stand dismissed without reference to a Bench. (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U
