Petitioner has been alleged to have possessed three litres 600 ml countrymade wine in six sealed plastic bottles and for that, is under custody since 15.10.2016, having no criminal antecedent as is evident from Para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Mohan Lal Bosak @ Mohanlal Basak is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.
