In this case the petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rohtas P.S. Case No. 102/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 494, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he is one of the associates of co-accused Sanjay Gupta.
Looking into the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45947 of 2017 (2) dt.10-10-2017 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 102/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
