While learned counsel for the petitioner wants to pursue the pending revision application against the order of punishment, learned counsel for the Union of India, points out that since the petitioner was not a permanent employee of C.R.P.F, no revision will be maintainable against such order of punishment.

In view of the fact, that the petitioner wants to avail the remedy of revision in this writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.173 of 2015 (3) dt.02-02-2015 permitted to be withdrawn to pursue his pending revision application but then it is made clear that this Court has expressed no opinion as with regard to maintainability of such revision application which must be decided on its own merit strictly in accordance with law.
