Case No.346 of 2013 registered under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a cognizable offence.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
