In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Konch P.S.Case No. 19 of 2006 registered u/s 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Police raided the house of petitioner and from there a country-made pistol and single barrel gun along with cartridge was recovered. Petitioner remained absconding from 2006 and he was brought to law on 21st April 2015.

Looking to the custody, petitioner Manoj Mehta @ Manoj Kumar Mehta is directed to be enlarged on bail on in and after 1st week of January 2016, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rohit Kumar, J.M. 1st
