2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 13.06.2018 passed by District Programe Officer (I.C.D.S.), Muzaffarpur Case No. 91/2016 by which he has rejected the Complaint of the petitioner regarding selection of Respondent No. 7 for the Anganbari Sevika Centre No. 20, Panchayat Ghan Shyampur, Prakhand-Aurai, Muzaffarpur and further direction be given to the respondent to select the petitioner for the post of Anganbari Sevika of Anganwari Centre

Patna High Court CWJC No. 17664 of 2018(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 No. 20, Block-Aurai, Panchayat- Ghan Shyampur, Muzaffarpur who comes from B.C Community who are in majority in that Anganbari Centre No. 20.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that petitioner has directly moved before this Hon'ble Court for redressal of her grievances but she has not exhausted her remedy under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off, directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the competent authority under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka.

5. It is hereby directed to the Appellate Authority to condone the delay, if petitioner file an appeal within 30 days. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
