2. Petitioner was selected as Kishan Salahkar for the Block Dighal bonk in the District of Kishanganj under order dated 25.01.2011. The engagement of the petitioner was contractual and for the period of 2010-11.
3. On being found indulging in misappropriation of the grant made for benefit of farmers/beneficiaries his selection has been cancelled under office order dated 19.09.2014 which is impugned in the instant writ petition.
4. On perusal of the records it appears that the petitioner has been found indulging in misappropriation of funds and depriving
Patna High Court CWJC No.1477 of 2015 dt.01-05-2018 2/2 the genuine beneficiaries/farmers from grant for purchase of seeds.
5. In view of the nature of allegations having found established against the petitioner and considering the fact that petitioner's appointment was contractual and for the limited period of 2010-11, there is no occasion for this Court to issue an order in favour of the petitioner.
6. The writ petition is devoid of merit and the same is dismissed.
