JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 11-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Bhagalpur Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the 'Corporation').

2. Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the Corporation submitted that though the order of the Court dated 18.04.2016 passed in CWJC No. 21092 of 2013, has been complied with, but the present application itself is not maintainable as the State of Bihar has not been made a party.

3. Learned counsel for the Corporation submitted that copy of the show cause has already been served on learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Be that as it may, in view of Annexure-A to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party, the Court finds that the order of the writ Court has been complied with.
