2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302/201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Informant suspects that this petitioner along with one unknown person committed the murder of husband of informant. Petitioner was last seen with the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in this case. There is nothing specific against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for informant opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge - II, Kaimur at Bhabua / concerned Court in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 58 of 2024.
