The petitioner has filed this petition for modification of the order dated 16.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32409 of 2022 with analogous case, by which the petitioner has been granted bail with certain conditions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail with certain conditions including condition no. (i). 'that the bail bond of the petitioner will be accepted only after framing of charge, if not already framed'. However, there is no chance of framing of charge in near future since the case is still at the stage of appearance of other four co-accused persons after taking cognizance on

Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the condition no.(i) imposed regarding acceptance of the bail bond after framing of charge so far as petitioners Bhim Ram and Vijay Kumar Ram is waived and stands deleted from the conditions.

Accordingly the order dated 16.09.2022 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.

Accordingly, this matter stands disposed of.
