2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 76 of 2024 dated 20.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 323, 341, 147, 149, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant was filling soil in her land, the petitioner and the co-accused persons arrived there, abused the informant and prevented her from getting the soil filled on the land. The petitioner and the co-accused persons assaulted four sons of the informant with lathi, danda, iron rod and stick causing injuries to them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between the parties. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. As per impugned order, the injury report of Banti Yadav and Munshi Yadav, the injuries are simple in nature. Similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted regular bail by this court vide order dated 01.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38296 of 2025. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents in which he is on bail as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Bhagalpur, in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 76 of 2024, with a condition/s:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without
