JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 The petitioner has a grievance that despite the fact that he has cleared the Post Graduation Examination, held by the B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, he has not been given the original Degree. The said Degree is required for his participation and selection for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor, in the selection process being conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission.
The pleadings are not adequate for directing the respondents for issuance of his original Degree/Certificate. However, considering the nature of grievance raised by the petitioner in the present writ application, I direct the Vice-
