2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 294 of 1996 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 341, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. From the FIR, it appears that the deceased caught fire while preparing tea.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2025. He further submits that the deceased died in an accidental fire and the children have

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the totality of the circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Munger/concerned Court below in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 294 of 1996 subject to condition that:- (i). The Petitioner will cooperate in the framing of charge and will appear personally on each and every date in the Court below till the framing of charge. After the framing of charge, he can appear personally or through his lawyer on the date fixed by the Court below and shall cooperate in the trial.
