JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-04-2015 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 24.11.2011 by the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Complaint Case No. 2227 of 2009 by which the learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan has cancelled the bail bond of the petitioner and issued non-bailable warrant of arrest on the ground of non-appearance of the petitioner when the case was called out.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41036 of 2012 dt.17-04-2015 2 / 2 Admittedly, the petitioner was on bail and despite repeated calls made by the Court, the petitioner failed to appear before the court on 24.11.2011 as a result of which, the learned S.D.J.M., Siwan, cancelled his bail bond.

I find no error in the order passed by the court below. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
