The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The informant raised alarm that 6-7 persons were came at the verandah of the informant then accused started fleeing away and Jitendra Singh caught hold of Vikash Kumar when co-accused Kunal Kumar fired on Jitendra Singh, who subsequently succumbed to the injuries. The petitioner was one of the accomplices of the assailant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the specific accusation of firing is against Kunal

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S.
