However, today a complaint is made that the amount of Rs.1,43,352/- towards leave encashment has not been paid.

Learned counsel appearing for the Indian Oil Corporation invites my attention to the averments made in the show cause filed and points out that the same was forwarded by the I.O.C. to the authorities in the State of Jharkhand and from the show cause filed by respondent Nos.5 and 6, it is seen that vide communication dated 4.9.2015, Annexure A, the demand draft received from the I.O.C. towards payment of leave encashment has already been forwarded to the petitioner.

This being the supplementary show cause filed on 15.1.2016, without there being a rebuttal by the petitioner till date, it seems that the order stands complied with and no further action is required to be taken in the matter.

In case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting, with respect to the compliance made, he may challenge the same
