In view of the stand taken on behalf of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (in short 'IOCL'), without going into the merit of the contentions the impugned order as contained in Annexure '7' to the writ application is hereby
Patna High Court CWJC No.17822 of 2019(2) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 set-aside. Learned counsel for the IOCL submits that he has instruction to say that in all such matters the head office of the IOCL has given an instruction that the candidates are required to be given fresh opportunity by treating the defects in question as rectifiable defects, therefore, the petitioner in this case shall also be given an opportunity to remove the defects and thereupon an appropriate decision shall be taken.
In view of the stand taken by the IOCL this court expects that the whole exercise in this regard will be completed within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
This Writ Application is disposed off accordingly.
