15.01.2015 Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents is present and on the basis of counter affidavit submits that admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid and he is also being paid his pension. However, with regard to Group Insurance, he has not submitted his claim in the required form for being forwarded to the Life Insurance Corporation for making payment. Copy of the counter affidavit was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 03.12.2014.

In view of the fact that neither anybody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner nor any rejoinder has been filed to the counter affidavit, the Court does not feel the necessary to keep the matter pending.

Accordingly, the writ application stands

Patna High Court CWJC No.13165 of 2011 (4) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 disposed off.

However, the respondents shall ensure that upon the petitioner completing the formalities with regard to payment of Group Insurance, the same shall be paid to him without any undue delay.
