1. No representation for the petitioner. This Court passed an oral order dated 18.07.2025 which reads as follows:- At the request of the Learned counsel for the petitioner, list on 22.07.2025 for hearing on the maintainability of the Writ petition.

2. On perusal of the relief portion sought by the petitioner, it is evident that the Writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.17207 of 2018(3) dt.22-07-2025 2/3 has been filed to direct the respondent Nos. 1 to 4, (the bank authorities of Central Bank of India), not to take any coercive steps against the petitioners and their property (Residential House) which has been mortgaged with the respondent bank for obtaining a housing loan of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Four Lakhs) in the year 11.09.2007.

3. Further relief has been sought for a direction to the respondents to give sufficient time to the petitioner to clear the outstanding principle dues in the monthly installments along with interest amount.

4. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Learned counsel for the respondents and perused the records.

5. The Writ petition itself is not maintainable as it is purely a civil dispute between the petitioners and the respondent bank. However, sufficient opportunities were given to the petitioner to submit his arguments on the maintainability of the Writ petition, in spite of it, today also there is no representation for the petitioner.
