The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No.379 of 2022 registered under Sections 412, 413 and 414 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in jail since 25.07.2022. The offence is under Sections 412, 413 and 414 of the I.P.C. The charge sheet has already been submitted.

Learned P.P.-in-charge opposes the bail application. Keeping in view the contents of the F.I.R. and nature of allegation and that the offence is triable by the Magistrate, I
