After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application with the liberty to appear before the Bihar State Religious Trust Board Tribunal, Patna in Case No. 04 of 2021 and if the petitioner appears in the case and file her affidavit placing her case and the learned Tribunal is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six months.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
