Counsels are in agreement that the issue is covered by the decision of the Full Bench in the case of Mobina Khatoon Vs. The State of Bihar & ors reported in 2019(2) BLJ 9. Since the claim of the petitioner has to be considered and admissible dues worked out by the authorities in terms of the Full Bench judgment no adjudication is required in the instant proceeding and pendency of the same would be futile.

Since the dues are in respect of deceased employee, this Court would observe that the respondents should act expeditiously, without undue delay and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
