Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 106 of 2013 for offences punishable under Sections 302/328/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. The F.I.R. would reveal that the deceased was poisoned to death. There is no allegation of any demand or torture of the victim before death. There is no eyewitness to the occurrence. Submission is of false implication to pressurize the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52681 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gaya/Successor Court, in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 106 of 2013.
