2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 380, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 321 of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in connection with a scuffle with members of the groom side and the marriage party. It is submitted that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47194 of 2015 (2) dt.02-11-2015 the accusations are general and omnibus in nature except petitioner No. 2. However, all the injuries are simple in nature.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari , in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 321 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U T
