26-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Customs (N.D.P.S.) Case No. 19 of 2013-14 registered for the offence under Sections 20, 23, 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act As per prosecution case, 20 kg of Ganja is said to have recovered from a motorcycle, of which, petitioner is owner.

In view of aforesaid facts & circumstances, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.
