====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 217/2021, registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/ 36/38/41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per prosecution case, total 2716.560 litres of Nepali country made liquor has been recovered from the poultry farm of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the prayer of bail petition.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69371 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, and same is, accordingly, rejected.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail petition stands rejected.
