JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 Based on National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test, held by the Central Board of Secondary Education, the petitioner has been allotted MBBS seat in Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College, Gaya, in the last mop-up round of counselling. He has a grievance that candidates lower in merit have been allotted MBBS seats in PMCH, IGIMS and NMCH whereas the petitioner has been denied, though PMCH was his top priority. The dates for admission are over. The court does not find any reason to interfere with the decision of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB), taken after completion of process of counselling.
