The petitioner Praveen Kumar apprehends his arrest in Kotwali (Patna) P.S. Case No. 634 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he made application for grant of loan in the office of the petitioner and deposited the process charge etc. but the loan was not granted. It is further alleged that the financial institution was closed. It appears that the petitioner is the branch manager of Maa Laxmi Financial Services, Jamal Road, Patna but no allegation of misappropriation or cheating is made against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.358 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali (Patna) P.S.
