The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273, 420 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a)(b)(c) of the Excise Act.

Allegation is that one bottle of 375 ml foreign liquor along with dabba of 180 ml foreign liquor was recovered from the vehicle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2016. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is alleged that one bottle of 375 ml foreign liquor along with dabba of 180 ml foreign liquor is said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. case No.236 of 2016.
