JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Patori P.S. Case No.120 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that specific allegation of causing assault to the informant and his father-in-law is against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41409 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 petitioner no.1 Awadhesh Paswan @ Awadesh Paswan and petitioner no.2 Shambhu paswan, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, their prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

So far as other petitioners, namely, Ram Yatan Paswan, Ram Ekbal Paswan, Janardhan Paswan, Sidh Nath Paswan, Naresh Paswan and Tribhulan Paswan @ Tribhuwan Paswan are concerned, since the allegations against them are general and omnibus, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur in connection with Patori P.S. Case No.120 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today.
