JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 10-02-2015 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

Petitioner seeks quashing of Annexure-1 which is the notice dated 18.10.2013 issued under Sections 30 and 29 of the State Financial Corporation Act, 1951.

However, learned counsel has not been able to put forward any ground on which such notice can be quashed. Learned counsel also wants a direction that his case should be considered under 2009 O.T.S. scheme but he has not been able to answer as to why the O.T.S. scheme which was floated in the year 2009 could not be availed by him within the period stipulated. Now another

In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioner to avail the prevailing O.T.S. scheme, if available.
