The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has no knowledge about her forged certificate and when the authority found her certificate forged one, the authority has been directed to recover the payment of salary of Rs.4,28,946/- from the petitioner. Petitioner left her service on 23.07.2022. He also submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 210 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
