Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S.Case No.22 of 2014 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that a mob assembled as the child was met with an accident , they apprehended the driver and khalasi , tied them in the railway track, thereafter the police party came and the accused persons attacked the police party also. The petitioner is named in the FIR.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though he is named in the FIR but no specific allegation has been attributed against him and the other co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56043 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 person have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, vide order dated 19.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.19.12.2016 . Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S.Case No.22 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
