The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering that there is an allegation against the Petitioner of having fired at the injured, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014 pending before Sri S. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
