ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with K.Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No.545 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties with injuries having been inflicted on both sides. It is further submitted that though there is allegation of petitioner no.2 having attacked with Talwar, the injuries purported to have been inflicted have been found to be simple in nature. Taking into consideration the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also because other accused persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc. No.6589 of 2017, vide order dated 16.03.2017, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, District-Purnea, in connection with K.Hat (Madhubani) P.S.
