2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have killed the daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner is the sister of the husband of the deceased. He submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

5. Learned APP for the State and opposite party no. 2 oppose the prayer for bail and submit that the petitioner is also involved in the present case and investigation is going on.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, her prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2024. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
