JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 19.6.2013 passed in Mahua P.S. Case no. 12/13 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hajipur, Vaishali, whereby cognizance has been taken by her against the petitioner including other five accused persons under Sections 147, 447, 504 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3 (i)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of
