1. The Writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2017, as contained in Annexure-2, whereby the petitioner requested them to take action against the concerned railway employee for his misdeed.

2. However, the Writ petition was filed in the year 2018, but no interim order has been passed in favour of the petitioner till date. If the respondent authorities have not yet disposed of the representation of the petitioner, they are
