The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the D.C.L.R., Kishanganj, the respondent no.4, to dispose of the Execution Case No.03/2014-15 filed on 28.08.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a petition under Section 16(3) of the Land Ceiling Act bearing Ceiling Case No.07/2012-13 and prayed that the respondent no.7 be directed to transfer the land in favour of the petitioner within the prescribed period as the petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.2491 of 2018 (2) dt.23-08-2018 2/2 adjoining raiyat, after receiving the consideration amount deposited in the treasury, the D.C.L.R. allowed the Ceiling Case No.07/2012-13 on 16.12.2013. The petitioner filed Execution Case No. 3/2014-15 on 28.08.2014 but till date the D.C.L.R. has not passed any order and the case is pending for more than four years. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that direction can be issued to the D.C.L.R. to dispose of Execution Case.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the D.C.L.R., Kishanganj to pass appropriate order in accordance with law and dispose of Execution Case No.03/2014-15, which is pending before him for more than four years within four months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
