JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-12-2024 Present writ petition has been filed for directing and commanding the respondents concern to release the held up in fixation/re-fixation of pay scale of the petitioner and further to refix the pay scale accordingly by giving the all benefit by revising the pay scale. Further prayer is for direction to the respondents concern to revise pay scale as per his entitlement and make payment thereon accordingly with arrears alongwith consequential benefit with interest till the date of payment and also fix the pension accordingly.

2. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before Respondent Nos. 4 and 6 separately within four weeks from today with supportive documents.

3. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, the Respondent Nos. 4 and 6 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties in accordance with law. Upon examination of the claim of petitioner, admissible amount, if any, shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of order.

4. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
