ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because the informant suspected some illicit relationship between his daughter-in-law (petitioner) and one Sujit Singh, the name of the petitioner has been drawn in the present case and the entire allegation is based on mere suspicion.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there being only vague suspicion against the present petitioner, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53525 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2017 P2/2 / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
